Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: 0–2 Years of experience in customer support or call centre roles
  • Certification: Customer service training is an advantage
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above
  • Must have passed the national exit exam
  • For fresh graduates: must have graduated in 2016 E.C or later
