Qualifications:

  • Education: BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: 0–2 Years of relevant experience
  • Certification: Relevant training is an advantage
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above
  • Must have passed the national exit exam
  • For fresh graduates: must have graduated in 2016 E.C or later

Job Summary:

Supports customer operations and partnership activities, ensuring smooth onboarding, coordination, and service delivery.

  • Monitor partner performance
  • Assist in preparing agreements
  • Resolve operational issues
  • Maintain partner records
