Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated outdoor sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, onboarding new merchants and customers, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Merchant onboarding
- Customer onboarding
- Product Promotion and Education
- Explain the features and benefits of the wallet service in simple and clear terms.
- Assist customers in setting up their accounts and using the wallet effectively.
- Highlight the competitive advantages of the wallet service to clients.
- Maintain an accurate record of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts and campaigns.
- Provide customer feedback to improve features and address issues.
- Participate in training sessions to understand the technical and functional aspects of the wallet service.
- Conduct door-to-door visits to businesses or residential areas to promote the company’s products or services.
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
- Actively listen to customer needs and present solutions that match their requirements.
- Educate potential clients on product features, usage, and advantages over competitors.
- Address questions or concerns on the spot to build trust and interest.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Accurately record and report sales activities, including customer information and feedback.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions and public appearances.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples to potential customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance the company’s reputation in the market.
