Responsibilities and duties
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using different success metrics.
- Develop and oversee social media campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Organize, participate in, and manage promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Participate in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, flyers, social media content, blogs, and articles.
- Manage the company's brand identity and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop and execute PR strategies to elevate brand awareness, including relationships with media outlets, crafting and disseminating press releases, and engaging with influencers and partners.
- Generate and qualify leads through online advertising, social media, and email marketing, nurturing them through the sales funnel while tracking and measuring the effectiveness of lead management campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and learn about new marketing techniques.
Essential Skill Requirements
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Experience with market research and analysis
- Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. digital, social, email, events)
- Knowledge of branding and brand management
- Experience with content marketing and creation (e.g. blog posts, videos, social media content)
